Please note, JTMB is a small family business and require 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation. This ensures that we have time to allocate your appointment to someone else. We appreciate your understanding that late cancellations and no shows are a loss of business for us and will incur cancellation fee (50% of amount of service booked) to be invoiced at the time or at your next appointment.
